90m² apartment furnished and tastefully decorated (designed by interior designer), on the 2nd floor of a house also comprising the owners' accommodation on the 1st floor and a studio on the ground floor.
Common entrance.
Living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains + garden on the side of the house (common area, 1st floor level), garden furniture, barbecue.
Entrance hall with pantry (storage)
Fitted kitchen with dining area, separated from the living room by a glass roof (corner sofa, 50" television), balcony.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm)
Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm)
Bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (2 beds 90x190cm)
2 bathrooms (shower) including 1 with wc + 1 other separate wc.

Free shuttle 100m away. Thônes 12km, Lake Annecy 26km, Annecy 45 minutes away, Chamonix and Geneva around 1 hour away.
