Direct access, behind the residence, on the track of the Combe des Mares allowing to reach at 30 m the chairlift and the transval. 150 m from a ski bus stop (free). Quiet, beautiful view of the Massif de l'Etale and Beauregard. Summer: access to a private heated pool (28 °) at the residence unsupervised.
