Recently built chalet with mountain views, 2 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well thought out, you will spend a pleasant holiday there. It is located in the Vallée des Confins. About 700 meters from the green La Balme / Bossonnet link. Easy access to the village with car or shuttles, there is a stop 50 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a beautiful view.
LAUNDRY / SKI ROOM: washing machine, washing basin, shoe dryer, changing rooms.
INTERIOR STAIRCASE accessing the upper floor:
LIVING ROOM: a sofa, television, fireplace (wood not supplied), windows and bay windows opening onto a 35 m2 terrace facing south west. Terrace table and chairs.
AMERICAN KITCHEN: sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer unit, dishwasher, fondue and raclette sets, elements with all the kitchen necessities.
