Our fees are paid directly by the person provided for in the mandate, against delivery of an invoice, and are due immediately once the transaction has been established by deed or signing of the lease. The real estate agent holding the professional real estate card is authorized to draw up the sales agreement. The fees agreed with the editor will then be paid by the applicant directly.
