Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 20 m²: a sofa bed for 2 people (140), a BZ for 1 person (90), television, windows and French windows opening onto a terrace of 11 m². Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 8 m² equipped: sink, 3-burner gas cooker + 1 electric + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 200L freezer block, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue machines, units with all the necessary kitchen equipment,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, heated towel rail, bathtub, separate toilet,
BEDROOM 1 of 10 m² 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
