In peace with clear view on the tracks and the chain of ARAVIS.

NIGHT CORNER: (tiled floor) 2 bunk beds (70)
BEDROOM: (tiled floor) 4,66 m2, 1 bed (140) 2 pers, north window, storage,
BATHROOM: (tiled floor) 2 m2, shower and sink, W.C independent,
DINING ROOM: (tiled floor) 12,42 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, amenity sofa, cupboard, bay overlooking a south terrace of 5,40 m2 with garden furniture,
KITCHENETTE, bar furniture, 2 hotplates, rotisserie, fridge freezer 160 l, dishwasher, high and low elements,

Very well equipped, pretty small but comfortable for a week. Close to Bossonet lifts, swimming pool and bus to town centre. Own garage. And nice terrace with beautiful view.

Nous n'imposons pas les draps et les serviettes aux personnes qui veulent apporter leur propre linge et nous n'ajoutons pas le ménage dans le prix du logement car la plupart de nos locataires le font eux même.

Les appartements sont loués que quelques semaines dans l'année, une minorité de propriétaires installent le wifi dans leur logement. Nous vous conseillons la prochaine fois de sélectionner un appartement avec le wifi inclus. Pour répondre au besoin de nos client, nous avons un partenariat avec l'entreprise Bienvenue Wifi qui nous loue des dominos 4G. Nous sommes surpris que le domino n'est pas fonctionné. Nous en louons toutes les semaines et nous avons de bons retours ... |

Pour nous qui avons l habitude de prendre des surfaces de logements plus grandes il nous semble que le logement est trop petit pour 4 : 2 parents ,1 enfant adulte et une ado de 13 ans.
Peut sans doute convenir pour famille avec 1 enfant bas age maissee more
