Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a stream.

KITCHEN: 3-burner induction hob, range hood, electric oven, capsule and filter coffee maker, 218 L fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette/stone grill and fondue appliances,
ROOM 1: (floor with plastic tiles), 5.45 m2, 2 single bunk beds (80), north-facing window, wardrobe, television shelves,
