The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village centre, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski departure and return on foot.
Beautiful clear view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids mountain ranges.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms
LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a single sofa bed, chairs, table, storage unit, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French window leading to the west balcony with garden furniture and sunbeds.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, raclette appliance, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, units with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
BEDROOM 1: 9 m², one 140 cm bed, wardrobe, iron, east-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 beds of 80 cm, French window leading to west balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, washbasin, independent WC.
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays over 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services not included:
- No pets allowed
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Credit card deposit upon key collection (€600)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected from Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, package according to accommodation surface area (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,

Moderniser l appartement. Nous avons réservé avec des amis dans la meme résidence ils étaient moins que nous et on eu pour le meme prix un appartement plus grand alors certes au rdc mais je trouve ça etonnant

Les propriétaires de l'appartement A prévoient de le rénover en automne 2023.
Lors de votre réservation, les deux appartements étaient au même tarif car le l'appartement D n'était pas encore rénové. La prochaine saison, le D sera dans une grille tarisee more
