Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the HAUT du VILLAGE, 300 m from the TELEMIX, TELESIEGE and TELESKI du BOSSONNET (starting lessons / according to Ski Schools), and 100 m from the shops. Shuttle stop 50 m away in winter and 180 m away in summer.
LIVING ROOM (16.38 m²): dining area, 1 CLIC-CLAC (130), TV, window + west French window, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
KITCHENETTE: fridge (140 L), 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker,

BEDROOM (8.52 m²): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> upper bed prohibited under 6 years old, north window, window + west French window, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
