In a chalet with 15 apartments, built in 1987, "les Converses" district, quiet and beautiful view / 2 km from the village / 750 m from the Télémix de l'Etale / 170 m from the Envers ski slope (village access). Shuttle stop 80 m away.
STAY: 13 m2 (PVC floor) a rapido sofa bed (140), storage, wardrobe and closet, television, bay window + window door giving access to a west-facing balcony, view of green spaces / neighbouring residences / mountain, garden lounge in summer,

KITCHEN AREA: 2 induction electric hobs, refrigerator (50L), mini-oven, dishwasher, all kitchen necessities, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue appliances,
