KITCHEN: 8 m2, 4 ceramic hobs, 190 L refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance, all kitchen utensils, all kitchen utensils, all kitchen utensils, French window leading to a south-facing balcony,
LIVING ROOM: 16 m2, sofa bed for 2 people (140), armchair, television, south-facing balcony of 8 m2 with garden furniture,
BEDROOM 1: 8 m2, 1 double bed (140), cupboard,
BEDROOM 2: 5 m2, 2 bunk beds (90), window overlooking the living room,
