Apartment on the first floor of a small residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard ski slope, 50 meters away (connection to the entire ski area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

LIVING ROOM (wooden floor) 12.09 m2, comfortable sofa, television, DVD player, East-facing balcony with garden furniture,
A SLOPED MEZZANINE (carpeted floor) 8.70 m2 under 1.8 m, 1 bed 160 cm for 2 people (individual electric bed bases 2 x 80)
