Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the UPPER PART of the VILLAGE, 300 m from TELEMIX, CHAIRLIFT and SKI LIFT of BOSSONNET (lesson departure / according to Ski Schools), and 100 m from shops Shuttle stop at 50 m in winter and 180 m in summer.
LIVING ROOM (16.38 m²): dining area, 1 SOFA BED (130), TV, window + French window west, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
KITCHENETTE: refrigerator (140 L), 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker
CORRIDOR (4.85 m²)
BEDROOM (8.52 m²): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> upper bunk forbidden under 6 years old, north window, window + French window west, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
