The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an internal staircase, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, on the edge of a stream. Close to shops, 150 meters from the Alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also the cross-country ski trails (Beauregard cable car). In summer, a terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the cottage.

- Mini wifi box, for unequipped apartments, € 7 / day and € 39 / week (limited stock)
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected from the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (50 € to 250 €), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
