Chalet with mountain view, good exposure, peaceful. Located at the foot of cross-country ski slopes, 900 metres from the Nordic area and Confins lake, 1km from Balme ski lifts and 4 km from the village centre. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well-designed, where you will spend pleasant holidays. Shuttle stop 50 metres from the chalet.
LIVING ROOM: (tiled) 27 m2, a sofa with armchairs, television, windows and bay windows overlooking a 18 m2 south-west facing balcony/terrace. Garden furniture.
KITCHEN: (tiled) 4 m2, sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment (240L), dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances, filter and capsule coffee maker, units with all necessary kitchen equipment.
BEDROOM 1: (tiled) 9 m2, 1 DOUBLE BED (140/duvet), wardrobe, west-facing window.
SHOWER ROOM: (tiled) 3 m2, shower, washbasin, washing machine, towel dryer, window. Separate WC.
INTERNAL STAIRCASE accessing the upper floor (carpeted):
BEDROOM 2: 8 m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (80/duvets), wardrobe, south-facing window.
BEDROOM 3: 10 m2, 1 DOUBLE BED (160/duvet), sofa, wardrobe, desk, south-facing window, roof window.

Vu le nombres de personnes que peux accueillir le chalet, la rapidité de la wifi est un peu trop faible et donc trop lente quand nous sommes tous présent en même temps au chalet.
