Apartment in a chalet with 23 apartments, built in 1988, located in the upper part of the village of LA CLUSAZ, place called Les Granges. 260 meters from the Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF gathering point). 200 meters from shops. Quiet, with a beautiful view of the slopes and the ARAVIS mountain range. South-facing exposure.
ENTRANCE: (wooden floor) 4.62 m2, wardrobe, sleeping area, 2 BUNK BEDS (70), storage drawer, shelf,
BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bathtub and sink, independent toilet, towel warmer,
DINING ROOM (parquet floor) 12.82 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, 1 rapido convertible sofa bed (160), a bench, wardrobe closet, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony 5.21 m2, garden furniture
KITCHEN AREA: 4 electric hotplates, microwave, 110 L refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, high table (dim 0.50 x 1.20 m), high chairs.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- 2 comforters (bunk beds) and 1 comforter (sofa bed), pillows
- Electric heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
