Apartment in a chalet with 23 apartments, built in 1988, located in the upper part of LA CLUSAZ village, place called Les Granges. 260 metres from Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF gathering). 200 metres from shops. Quiet, with beautiful view of the slopes and ARAVIS mountain range. Full south exposure.
ENTRANCE: (parquet floor) 4.62 m2, wardrobe, sleeping area, 2 BUNK BEDS (70), storage drawer, shelf,
BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bathtub and washbasin, independent W-C, towel dryer,
DINING ROOM (parquet floor) 12.82 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, 1 rapid convertible sofa bed (160), bench, wardrobe cupboard, bay window leading to a 5.21 m2 south-facing balcony, garden furniture
KITCHEN AREA: 4 electric hobs, microwave, 110 L refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, high table (dim 0.50 x 1.20 m), high chairs.
