Apartment on the first floor in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from the Clusaz center, 800m from the ESF ski school departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and the aquatic center. Very beautiful view of the village, mountains, and ski slopes.
LIVING ROOM: (floor parquet PVC) 10 m2, a sofa, television, French window opening onto a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the mountains and ski slopes, outdoor table and chairs
LIVING/KITCHEN: living room sofa, dining area, sink, microwave, oven, 4 induction hobs, hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, fondue and raclette appliance,
BEDROOM: (parquet PVC floor) 14 m2, 2 single beds (90x200), wardrobe, window,
LIVING ROOM: (wooden/PVC floor) 10 m2, 2 single beds (90), south-facing bay window,
BATHROOM: 10 m2, bathtub, sink, washing machine, separate toilet,
