PAYMENT TERMS: payment of the deposit upon booking (25% of the total amount) and payment of the balance 30 days before the arrival date (75% of the total amount).
Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a very beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 16.5 m²: a sofa bed for 2 people (140), television, windows and French window opening onto a terrace of 14 m². Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 7 m² equipped: sink, 3-burner gas cooker + 1 electric + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 170L freezer block, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue machines, units with all the necessary kitchenware,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, bathtub, separate toilet,
BEDROOM 1 of 15 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
EQUIPMENT: ski lockers. In summer: swings, ping-pong table, darts, shared pétanque
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Pets allowed (limited to one), supplement to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- End of stay cleaning (charged according to the cleaning company's hourly rate), to be ordered at least 3 days before departure.
- SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED

- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
