PAYMENT CONDITIONS: payment of the deposit upon booking (25% of the total amount) and payment of the balance 30 days before the arrival date (75% of the total amount).
Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located in Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a very beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 16 m²: a sofa bed for 2 people (140), television, windows and French window opening onto a 20 m² balcony. Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 6 m² equipped: sink, 4-burner gas stove + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 200L freezer block, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets, units with all the kitchen essentials,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, shower, separate toilet,
BEDROOM 1 of 15 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,
BEDROOM 2 of 9 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
EQUIPMENT: ski lockers. In summer: swings, ping-pong table, darts, shared pétanque
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- End of stay cleaning (billed according to the hourly rate of the cleaning company), to be ordered at least 3 days before departure.
- SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED

- Free welcome kit (toilet roll, trash bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
