In a chalet with 8 apartments, Les Riffroids area, quiet, beautiful view, 350 metres from the village centre, Champ Giguet and 250 metres from ski slopes.
LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: 15 m2,
KITCHEN AREA: Sink, 4 ceramic hobs, multi-function oven, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette/stone grill/crepe and fondue appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment.
LIVING ROOM: 1-person sofa bed (70), armchairs, television, French window leading to an East-facing balcony with garden furniture
BEDROOM 1: 11 m2, 1 bed (140) and 1 bed (80), wardrobe-closet, French window leading to the East balcony.
BEDROOM 2: 11 m2, 2 beds (80), wardrobe-closet, French window on West balcony.
BATHROOM: shower and washbasin, washing machine, small window. Separate toilet.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Tourist tax for adults (rate according to the City Hall's scale)
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), additional charge (€25/week) to be paid on site
- End of stay cleaning (billed according to the cleaning company's hourly rate), to be ordered at least 3 days before departure.
