The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village centre, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski departure and return on foot.
Beautiful clear view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids massifs.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms
LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a single sofa bed, chairs, table, storage furniture, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French window leading to the west balcony with garden furniture and sunbeds.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, units with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
BEDROOM 1: 9 m², one 140 cm bed, wardrobe, iron, east-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 beds of 80 cm, French window leading to west balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, washbasin, independent toilet.
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays over 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Tourist tax for adults (rate according to the City's scale)
- Pets not allowed
- End of stay cleaning (charged according to the cleaning company's hourly rate), to be ordered at least 3 days before departure.
- SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED
