The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village centre, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski in and ski out.
Beautiful clear view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids massifs.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, raclette machine, units with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
LIVING ROOM: 18m², equipped with a single sofa bed, television, south/west facing window. Terrace table and chairs, parasol in summer.
BEDROOM 1: 11 m², 1 140 cm bed, wardrobe, iron, west-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 15 m², 3 80 cm beds, wardrobe, west-facing window. Toilet cabinet in the room closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and washbasin.
BATHROOM: 4 m², bathtub, washbasin, W-C. Independent
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays over 13 nights) and garden furniture
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services not included:
- Pets not allowed
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Credit card deposit upon key handover (€1,200)

- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, bin bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
